Well just under two years in...it broke! Thankfully it was under warranty, Smeg took care of finding a repair person and sent the part to Bob Tusky to complete the repair. Bob and a team member came to repair my Smeg oven. He was timely, courteous and fixed the oven in 30 minutes! He was able to diagnose and repair our Viking fridge in about an hour. Considering that Viking could not provide a service technician in the area and lack of responsiveness from a multitude of other “repair centers” which were just call centers answering a phone and attempting to sub out the work, I would highly recommend Bob to anyone. He is personable, responsive and still has the “old school” values of honesty, integrity and reliability. read less
